TRUST Anniversary Cask Strength Whiskey is a limited release Whiskey that was created to celebrate and recognize (10) years of passion, dedication and commitment to our love for well crafted whiskey. It begins with 100% organic BC grown barley from Armstrong, British Columbia; a small addition of Peat adds an element of intrigue. Triple-distilled in our hand-made CARL single copper pot still and then transferred to once used 200 litre Bourbon barrels. This ‘special batch’ was laid to rest for 7.5 years in anticipation of The Liberty Distillery’s 10-year Anniversary Celebration.

In The Bottle (62.5% alc./vol.)

On the nose, TRUST Anniversary Cask Strength reveals complex layers of warm caramel, apple and spice. It has a nice ripe palate with a chocolate, cereal character and fine notes of rich brioche, sage spice, and spicy cinnamon on the back palate. At 62.5% alc./vol., this medium-mahogany whiskey is more sophisticated than its younger siblings previously released; the mouth is aromatic, well-balanced and powerful. It has a smooth, long, and lingering finish with a punch that Cask Strength provides.
